Trennel is a global company with headquarters in New York and Hong Kong, who for over 20 years has offered product development and manufacturing solutions to startups, brands, and retailers seeking to bring products to market, quickly, efficiently, and profitably. Trennel offers a diversified group of services, including research and innovative product design, expertise in handling intellectual property, private label manufacturing and OEM applications to global manufacturers.
Our award-winning team of engineers, designers, marketers, and brand strategists ensures our clients will experience sustained growth through our consumer-oriented approach embodied in a series of winning branding strategies. Our global sourcing team works closely with suppliers to oversee the entire production process, from the sourcing of raw materials, production management, quality control, and logistics to ensure all products meet requirements for distribution to the marketplace. Our Hong Kong office operates as the main international office with a state-of-the-art product design center, and a 3,000 sq. ft warehouse. New York office operates as the main office in the United States active in fulfillment logistics, distribution, new business development, branded strategies, and marketing.

Trennel’s origins began with a commitment to high-quality innovative products driven by a passion for a unique approach to design and functionality. Over the next 20 years, they went on to develop innovative products that excelled in both form and function. Establishing them as a premier product development company with over over 100 patents to their credit.
In 2003, Trennel introduced SiliconeZone® at a time when kitchens were still in the age of the “clatter crash clack” of metal utensils. SiliconeZone was the first avant-garde silicone bakeware in the global market. Highlighting its flexible qualities, non-stick properties, and ease of cleaning. The response from around the world was phenomenal and SiliconeZone ingenuity quite literally, synthesized a new kitchenware category.
Soon thereafter, Trennel pioneered the development of unique silicone kitchen products that received over 30 international design awards, for their ergonomic and functional product design.
Following the success of SiliconeZone®, Trennel was able to capitalize on its research and development in silicone-based materials and started providing design and manufacturing services to other manufacturers and retailers to include Rubbermaid, Tupperware, Disney, Sanrio (Hello Kitty), Fossil, Diesel, Cristel, Interdesign, Pedrini, Betty Bossi, Guzzini, and Tchibo.
In 2010, Trennel discovered several potential new silicone-based applications for consumer products in the fitness and wellness industry, started pursuing various patents and began developing products in kinesiology, footwear, support braces, and related wellness products and athletic wear.
Before long, through research and experimentation, Trennel was able to integrate Tourmaline – a gemstone with many potential circulatory and detoxification health benefits – with silicone, into the fabric. This led to the development of our Touri-on Technology and the Redbit® product line.
